We have adhered to the following rule for three decades: We read every single piece of correspondence directed to us. Given the volume, we may not always respond. But we guarantee that we personally read your letters and e-mails. And for good reason: They often lead to interviews and story ideas.
To that end, we welcome your personal stories, experiences of family members and friends, as well as suggestions on subjects that you think the media has neglected or that we should pursue. We also would like to know where you think we have failed or gone astray. This while acknowledging there are times and subjects where we may agree to disagree — but always with courtesy, respect, and good humor.
